Terms & Conditions – Manali Trip Lottery
1. Booking Policy
- All bookings must be made with a minimum advance payment as specified by Travel World Manipur.
- The balance amount must be paid before the commencement of the trip.
- Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment and acknowledgment from Travel World Manipur.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel price changes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
2. Payment Terms
- Payments can be made through bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or approved online payment gateways.
- All transaction charges (if any) are to be borne by the client.
- Failure to complete payment before the due date may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing (via email or WhatsApp).
- The following charges will apply:
- 30 days or more before travel: 10% of total cost
- 15–29 days before travel: 25% of total cost
- 7–14 days before travel: 50% of total cost
- Less than 7 days before travel: 100% of total cost (no refund)
- No refund for no-shows, unused services, or early departures.
4. Changes & Modifications
- Any modification in travel dates, accommodation, or itinerary is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Travel World Manipur reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or travel arrangements due to weather, road conditions, flight delays, or other operational reasons.
5. Responsibilities & Liabilities
- Travel World Manipur acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transport, airlines, etc.).
- The agency shall not be responsible for:
- Loss or damage of personal belongings.
- Delays, cancellations, or accidents during the journey.
- Natural calamities, political disturbances, or unforeseen situations.
- Travelers are advised to purchase personal travel insurance for coverage against such incidents.
6. Travel Documents
- Clients must carry valid identification, permits, and other required travel documents.
- Travel World Manipur is not responsible for any issues arising due to incorrect or missing documents.
7. Health & Safety
- It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they are medically fit for the trip.
- Any pre-existing medical condition must be disclosed before booking.
- The agency holds no responsibility for medical emergencies during travel.
8. Meals & Accommodation
- Meals are provided as per the itinerary.
- No complaints shall be entertained for missed meals if travelers fail to attend at the scheduled time.
- Room allocation (twin/double/triple sharing) depends on hotel policy and availability.
9. Conduct
- Travelers are expected to maintain discipline and follow the instructions of the tour leader or guide.
- Travel World Manipur reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive to the group.
10. Force Majeure
- The agency shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delay due to circumstances beyond its control such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
11. Jurisdiction
- All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Imphal, Manipur, India.
